Project management is a key element of ensuring community programs are delivering the intended outcomes. Our effective project management team, plan, organise, lead and monitor all of the tasks required to implement the project. This includes:
Creating an effective project schedule
Working within budget
Managing communication with multiple stakeholders
Ensuring everyone involved understands their responsibilities
Monitoring accountability
Provide hands-on support from conception to launch
